Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, but as our service providers allocate time and resources for each appointment, we have implemented a fair cancellation policy to compensate them for late changes or cancellations.

Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to the appointment: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
  • Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours of the appointment: 25% cancellation fee, 75% refunded.
  • Cancellations within 2 to 24 hours of the appointment: 50% cancellation fee, 50% refunded.
  • Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment: 80% cancellation fee, 20% refunded.
  • No-shows or cancellations after the appointment start time: No refund provided.

Important Notes

  • Last-minute cancellations impact our service providers. Please honor your bookings or cancel within acceptable timeframes.
  • For emergency cancellations due to personal emergencies or health issues, contact Vibely.life support immediately. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original method of payment.
