We understand that plans may change, but as our service providers allocate time and resources for each appointment, we have implemented a fair cancellation policy to compensate them for late changes or cancellations.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to the appointment: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours of the appointment: 25% cancellation fee, 75% refunded.
Cancellations within 2 to 24 hours of the appointment: 50% cancellation fee, 50% refunded.
Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment: 80% cancellation fee, 20% refunded.
No-shows or cancellations after the appointment start time: No refund provided.

Last-minute cancellations impact our service providers. Please honor your bookings or cancel within acceptable timeframes.
For emergency cancellations due to personal emergencies or health issues, contact Vibely.life support immediately. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original method of payment.
